A job trial is a great way for a company to find suitable staff. You get to know the candidate and how he or she will work without a contract. The trial period is free of charge for the employer. The TE Office takes care of the insurance for the work trial. The trainee will receive an expense allowance of EUR 9 per day of participation.

The company can apply for support from the City of Loimaa when hiring a young person for seasonal or summer work. Starting from 1.12.2024, you can reserve subsidised places for 2025 using the online form (in Finnish).

The City of Loimaa continues to place the summer workers it has hired in associations.
