Youth Parliament

The aim of the Youth Parliament is to consult young people on the development of services and living environments in their own neighbourhoods. The Youth Parliament is organised every 3 years in all secondary schools in Loimaa.

Winner of the 2021 Youth Parliament

This year, a proposal to improve the quality of secondary school life won the Loimaa Youth Parliament’s vote on how the city could be developed from a young person’s point of view. The city has earmarked a budget of €2 000 to implement the proposal.

A working group was selected to start planning the implementation of the winning proposal. The working group includes young people and some of the adults who attended the Parliament.
