Field measurements
The surveying team carries out a variety of surveying and land marking tasks, mapping, special measurements and field surveys with modern measuring instruments for map production, property formation and other specific needs related to construction.
Marking of the building on the land and site survey
The location and elevation of the building will be marked on the ground at the customer’s request after the building permit has been issued, before construction work begins. If the building permit does not require it, it is not necessary to have it marked by a surveyor. Once the foundations of the building have been completed, a site survey is carried out at the client’s request to ensure that the location and dimensions of the building comply with the permit.
Indication of the border
At the request of the owner or holder of the land, the location of the boundary is indicated, for example for the construction of a fence. The boundary is marked on the ground with wooden posts if the old boundary markers have disappeared. Replacing a lost boundary marker with a new one requires a land survey.
Specific measurements
The surveying department’s customers are mainly the city’s own administrative departments and business enterprises, but it also carries out various survey measurements, civil engineering measurements, building measurements, construction control measurements, area measurements, etc. for private clients.
