Juvanportti
The new plots at Juvanportti are situated in the area between the Vesikoski building and the Juva fitness trail. The area is close to amenities, yet situated in a peaceful neighbourhood in the idyllic surroundings of the Loimijoki river, with recreational areas and cultural sites in the immediate vicinity.
The plots will become available for booking during June 2026.
Plots for detached houses: 1,100–2,370 m², prices €7–9/m²
Plots for terraced houses: 2,549–4,199 m², prices €9–10/m²
