Fitness training includes aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscle strength, mobility, core strength and stretching. The classes use a variety of equipment and include fitness circuit exercises.

Dance and exercise, working up a sweat through joy. Lavis® is truly feel-good exercise. Three great things: easy, fun, and sweaty. The dance steps and choreography are so easy that even inexperienced dancers can join in. Lavis is danced alone, so there is no risk of anyone stepping on your toes. Groups with seasonal fees

For seasonal groups (gym, lavis and wellbeing gymnastics) there is no longer a one-off fee, only a seasonal fee.
For guided groups, seasonal fees are paid in the first instance to the cashier at the Water Court and a receipt is given to the group’s instructor. The seasonal fee can also be invoiced. Payment options include ePassport, Smartum, Ticket Mind&Body and Eazybreak.

Water aerobics

Water gym, basic, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Water gym, power, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The times may change depending on the situation, for up-to-date schedules please visit vesihovi.fi. Aquatic exercise is included in the price of the swimming pool ticket. You can also do aqua aerobics on your own with the Hydrohex virtual assistant.
