Family skating & recreational skating sessions January 12–April 24, 2026

Skating shifts end at the end of April 24.4.2026 is the last skating shift and will resume again in the autumn season on 1.9.25. There is a helmet ban at the rink.

Family skating

Skating sessions for families are held at the ice rink on Mondays and Fridays from 4 to 5 p.m. No sticks are used during these sessions, making them ideal for teaching the younger members of the family the basics of skating or simply for skating with friends. Helmets are mandatory during skating sessions. No sticks are allowed on the rink during family skating sessions.

Recreational hockey

We play and do tricks together, practising different motor skills. The club is aimed at children under school age, together with an adult. Children can come with a parent, grandparent or even a godparent. The group is free of charge. Bring a water bottle, flexible clothing and indoor or barefoot shoes.

In the summer, a sports camp is held in Kalikka and a winter sports day, children’s trick-or-treating and free skating at the ice rink have been organised for school holidays. These events will be announced separately.

This free session is intended for elementary school children accompanied by a parent. We will exercise and play according to our own schedule. The session is supervised but not instructed. Welcome!
