Loimaa-TV brings city affairs closer

The city of Loimaa is planning and developing various forms of communication to make it easier and faster for residents and tourists to obtain information. New forms of communication will be introduced in 2026, the first of which is Loimaa-TV.

Loimaa TV is the city’s own video series on YouTube. The series will feature short, approximately three-minute episodes about the city of Loimaa’s services, activities, and current events. In the videos, city employees will explain things clearly and comprehensively.

The episodes will be published on the city’s YouTube channel every two weeks. New videos will also be announced on the city’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. To make sure you don’t miss any new episodes, subscribe to Loimaa’s YouTube channel. Future episode releases will also be compiled in this article, where they will be linked.

Ten episodes will be published on Loimaa TV in the spring. The series will continue with new recordings in the summer and fall. The spring episodes will cover topics such as ice and ski trail conditions, the diverse opportunities offered by winter holidays, Vesihovi and sports services, the self-service library, changes in employment services, the new Loimaa app, general city development and strategy, the technology cluster, and downtown development.
