Agendas and minutes
Agendas for meetings are published as soon as they are finalised. Minutes of meetings are published on this website after they have been checked, normally within a week or so of the meeting. The agenda of each meeting is replaced by the minutes once they have been checked. The Association of Local and Regional Authorities recommends that the minutes remain on the website for two years. Older minutes can be obtained from the archives secretary.
You will find the contact details of the official who prepared the agenda and the minutes at the top. If necessary, further information can be obtained from the preparer or the institution’s rapporteur. The system does not include a search function.
Confidentiality is always based on the law. In general, such matters include, for example, decisions relating to an individual.
